Return Policy

You have up to 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@iwonderstar.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your name, email, phone number, and original order number with your return. We also suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your package for reference.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) you are returning. Your credit will be issued to the original method of payment.
